Unable to install MYOB 2016.3 on Windows 10

Hello

 

We needed a new Hard drive now also have Windows 10 Pro and I keep getting an error message of 0x800713ec - Asia which takes me to troubleshooting but then leads to another message of being incompatable and I cannot find a solution - any ideas please?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of useful information.

 

Generally speaking that particular error can be caused by one or more Windows updates not being installed upon your computer. I would encourage you to try installing all available Windows updates on that computer and then trying the install again
