Are you able to clarify something for us, so that we can assist you resolve this issue? When you are trying to install AccountRight, are you receiving any error messages? If you are, are you able to clarify the exact wording of the error message and when it occurs?
In addition, you may want to have a look at our help article, Installation troubleshooting, which does go through a number of common installation issues and how to resolve those error messages.

It sounds like you may be installing the PC edition of AccountRIght v2016.3, is that correct? If so, could you please try downloading and installing the Server Edition? You can find this in your my.MYOB account - once logged in, go to My Products > Downloads > select your product > choose AccountRight Server Installer 2016.3. Please try installing that and see how you go.
