Integration and Networking

Hi,

I have a client who has both online and offline sales of the same product. The product is complex (not a simple widget by any means) so we are building a custom website for him to manage online sales. What he would like to do is to have his shop-staff create an order in the website interface then bring the order to the MYOB POS software to take the money.

Is there any way to integerate into the MYOB POS software in this way?  An API?

Hi Alex,

That on 1 hand you say you "building a custom website" & then the next your asking how to connect to RM tells me that you are so far out of your depth its not funny.

Do the right thing & advise your client to find someone who actually knows what their doing.

BTW if I had a dollar for every time I'd heard something like "The product is complex (not a simple widget by any means)" I'd be a very wealthy man indeed, fact is to someone who knows what they are doing there is no such thing & therefore if your using a reputable cart/ecommerce system you should have no need to customise the cart/ecommerce system.

I wouldnt mind a link,

We are using a prestashop web platform for one of our websites, would love a way to upload orders into MYOB, copying them accross at present, only found a link for MYOB accounting.
