Cant email payslips/statement or remittances

Hi,

 

Im using AccountEdge Pro V16.5 and MacOS El Capitan V10.11.16

 

We were using our old computer which died and now have the software and data file on our laptop.  Since moving to the laptop we can no longer print or email payslips, statements or remittances.  It just hangs instead of going to the print screen (where you select which ones to email/print).

 

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.

 

We have had a couple of reports of that window crashing when running AccountEdge on the El Capitan operating system. Our team had determined that the issue was related to the printer drivers that weren’t fully compatible with the El Capitan operating system.

 

Are you able to reinstall any printers that you have installed upon that Mac with the latest printer drivers. These latest drivers should be compatible with the El Capitan operating system and as a result will allow that window to open properly.
