Entering Purchases or Do I need to Upgrade

I am trying to work out how to enter purchases in MYOB AccountEdge Basic.

However in the documentation it reffers to a purchasing window? I do not see this anywhere.

 

Can somebody help me?

 

If this is a AccountEdge Pro feature am I able to have a quote for upgrading from Basic to Pro.

Unfounrtunitly you will need to upgrade your software to AccountEdge Pro to be able to enter purchases.

 

I have sent you through a quote on your associated email address.

Hi @LewisHackfath

 

Accepting the quote will allow you to upgrade the serial number ending in 1860 to AccountEdge Pro.

 

If you do have a different serial number you are welcome to private message myself (or @Melissa73) on the MYOB Community Forum and we would be happy to issue out a quote for that serial number as well. You can send a private message on the MYOB Community Forum to another user by selecting their username (i.e. @Steven_M) and selecting Send a Message.

@Steven_M I am nnot sure if I have two serial numbers I have two seperate company files. Would they have individual serial numbers or would they be under one serial number.

Hi @LewisHackfath

 

Based on the way your account is set up it looks like they will both company files are on the same serial number and therefore be able to be upgraded to AccountEdge Pro with accepting that quote.

 

However, I would just do a quick check of in each file to ensure they use the same serial number (serial number ending in 1860). This can be done by opening the file and going Setup>>Company Information. If they are both showing the same serial number then accepting that quote will allow you to upgrade both files to AccountEdge Pro.
