Some of my payroll categories are showing negative YTD figures where they should've been positive

Hi MYOB Community,

I've been having issues with MYOB Account Edge.

Some of the payroll categores are showing negative YTD figures where they should've been positive.

For example superannuation expense, as you accrue the super, they should be showing a positive figure in the payroll advice report whereas right now they're showing a negative.

Any ideas why?

Thanks

Cel

@cel

You may need to check your linked accounts. Setup>Linked Accounts>Payroll Accounts.

The default Employer Expense account should be set to a #6 Super paid and the Deductions Payble set to a #2 Liability account.
