Subscription

Why is there not an option to cancel a subscription via the website?  It seems that there are many complaints about this on various forums.  Many members complain that calls to the 1300 number go unanswered and call backs take days, sometimes weeks.  This should be a simple click of a button.

As per the MYOB Cover Membership Terms and Conditions, recurring payment plans can be cancelled by speaking to our Customer Service team on 1300 555 151.

 

In this case, I have arranged for one of the team to get in contact with yourself to best assist with your enquiry.

Steven_M I'm not asking how to do it, I'm asking why it can't be done online.  It should be a simple process controlled by the user, but it's not.  Why not?

The option to cancel a subscription online (or initiate the original phone call) is something that we are looking into for the future, however, as per the terms of conditions/terms of use it does require contact with the required team.
