Atlas website not working and am not receiving emails

Hello,

As of 21 November 2017 I can no longer access my Atlas website (nor can anyone else) and there are no emails coming thrrough to my Gmail account which is linked to my Atlas domain name. These problems started straight after MYOB sent me an email asking me to renew my domain name subscription (still valid to 18 Feb 2018). Pls advise. Thanks, Peter.

Hi @peterwilks,

 

I can see you have already emailed Atlas support, which I have responded to.

 

I understand that our teams have gotten in touch with you and assisted with clearing the arrears payment. We will reinstate the Atlas website.

 

However, because this is an unusual process, it can take a day or two to complete. I'll follow it up and email you back as soon as it's done.
