Business Card plan cannot be upgraded

I would like to change from Altas Business Card Plan to Basic Plan ($10 per month).

When I follow the onscreen prompts under "My theme" and select save, I receive the following message.

"We could not find any Atlas Products linked to your current Account"

Please help me upgrade.

Hi @ShaunTheSheep,

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.

We are happy to take a look for you, could you please provide us your domain name, or a link to the Business Card website, so we can investigate it further?

Re: Business Card plan cannot be upgraded

Hi @ShaunTheSheep,

Thank you for the information. I can see currently this account is in the free Business Card state, with an active domain name.

Everything is running fine on our records for your account, in order to upgrade, please log in to your Atlas website > Site Settings > My Account > click on Change Plan, which will redirect you to log in to my.MYOB, which you'll be able to select the Basic plan, and complete checkout.

Please do let us know how you go.

Kind regards,

Re: Business Card plan cannot be upgraded

I attempted to sign into my myob altas website www.woollyswaterworks.com.au using my email address and password. Received the following error over and over again (5 attempts). Any suggestions?? "Oops! Did you use the wrong account?

This MYOB account is not authorised to access this website. Try logging out, then logging in again, making sure to use the account you logged in with when you signed up for this website (or accepted an invite to access it). Accepted an invite and can’t remember which account to use? Check your confirmation email.

If you still receive this error — and are not the website owner — your access to this website may have been revoked. If you think it's been revoked unintentionally, contact the website owner and ask them to invite you to access the website again."

Re: Business Card plan cannot be upgraded

I followed your instructions.

Logged into MYOB Altas website www.woollyswaterworks.com.au

Clicked Settings>My Account>Change Plan then received this error message:

"We could not find any Atlas Products linked to your current Account"

Can you please link my MYOB product to my Altas website so I can upgrade from a Business Card plan for our website.

Please help sort this out.

Re: Business Card plan cannot be upgraded

Hi @Woolly,

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource.

The error you experienced typically occurs when the email address used to log in is associated with more than one MYOB account, and the wrong account happen to be selected when you logged in.

Therefore, once you've logged in to my.MYOB, please locate a dropdown box at the top of the page, where you can switch between associated accounts. The Atlas account would be the one with the ID number 8xxxx76.

Please feel free to let us know how you go.
