I cannot acess my MYOB Atlas website. My customers cannot access my website. WHY am I paying for something I can't use? I have spent and hour and a half on the phone and on Online chats to not get any support what so ever. How can it be legal to take money for a product and then not be able to contact the provider when you need them. Get it sorted or refund the payment I have just madeto renew the domain.

I'm afraid that we do not provide phone support for Atlas, it is supported via emails only at email@example.com, which I can see you have also sent an email enquiry through.
The reason you are unable to access the Atlas website, is because we have processed your cancellation request last year. I had responded to your email with more details, please feel free to reply with any questions you may have.
