Cant buy domain name

im putting all my details in to buy a domain name and when i click on pay nothing seems to happen cant buy domain

Just to confirm, when you log in to the Atlas website, please go to Site Settings > My Account > Update billing details, is the primary payment profile up to date? If not, please do update it then give it another go.


If the issue persists, could you please send me a forum private message with your serial number/log in email address, and the domain name you are looking to purchase, so we can look into it further for you? You can do so by clicking on my user name, choose Send a message from the top right.
