Problem uploading image file

When I try to upload an image file to the "Add a gallery item" page, the progress bar goes round and round but the image does not get uploaded. This problem has occured intermittently this year but now it has become impossible to upload anything.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of useful information.

 

There are a couple of things that could cause images to take a long time to upload, particularly around the connection between the computer and the internet. Are you able to switch off the modem for at least 2 minutes, which should give the modem ample time to clear any saved data inside the modem.

 

In addition, if you haven’t already done so, it’s always a good idea to clear the cache on that internet browser. Refresh your Cache has great instructions on clearing the cache on a number of popular internet browsers.

 

Are you able to check and confirm whether you are using a wireless or wired connection to connect the computer to the internet? As wireless connections are typically slower that wired connections, if you were using a wireless connection the uploaded image will be slower to upload that if you were using a physical cable connection.
