My webpage was up for renewal as at 18/03/17, I renewed before this date and payment made. However, my webpage is not working.

Also, when renewing the domain name I always get a message saying it has failed and will not process. Do I have to renew domain AND pay a yearly subscription as well?! Sorry I am a little confused.
Domain names are separate to your website hosting. Your Atlas subscription (which can be paid monthly or annually) covers your website hosting. This is the cost to store your website files and send them to anyone requesting your webpage.
A domain name is a website address. You can purchase any number of domain names including none. If you choose not to purchase a domain name your website will just be available from the default address you were given when you signed up for MYOB Atlas (which is http://pmimp002.myob.net/). Your website renewal has processed, but the domain name renewal hasn't.
Can you please log into your Atlas website (which you can reach using the link above) and select 'my domain names' from the 'site settings' menu. Attempt to renew the domain again by clicking the renew button next to it. If an error message appears, please take a screenshot of what it says.
We've corrected the problem stopping your domain from renewing and processed your renewal now. I'm sorry for the delay.
