Website Reduced to Contact Details

My MYOB Atlas Website:  has been reduced to my Logo and contact details - see attachment.   I've paid all my bills!  What is going on?

Welcome to the MYOB Community forums, it's always great to see a new user here, and I hope you find the forums useful, friendly and informative. 


I've checked the details on your account, and it looks like either:

  1. You changed your selection for your Atlas Plan from Atlas Plus to Atlas Business Card.  
  2. Your payment failed for May, as there was no invoice issued for May.

If you need to query this situation, or anyone else needs to query their own sites payment status in future, then please fill out the MYOB Atlas billing enquiry form.


If you'd like to turn your extra features back on, it's easy just:

  1. Go to your website
  2. Click the Log In link in the lower right hand corner
  3. Go to the My Account screen.
  4. Choose the plan you want to use and press upgrade your plan.

Once you've upgraded your plan, you'll have full access to your information, including all of the settings you had active before your plan was downgraded.
