A report for monthly PAYE not a whole list

Agree totally when i take this newq report to my boss, she keeps asking why is it not like the old one that worked.

I keep replying, I cannot explain the thought process behind what went on to change something that was not broken to something that honestly does not look professional or detailed enough.
