Can we have salary employees set up the same as Base Hourly Employees and be able to enter in the Hourly Rate, so that the Accurals for Annual Leave and Sick Leave will be adjusted accordinly.
At the moment we cann't enter in the hrs worked it is acculated by their hourly rate and shows up as a $ amount. So if an Employee has an adjustment in the hours worked we need to adjust the accurals manualy.
