I am putting a request forward to MYOB to include discount column to their service invoice template.
We offer a discount to Senior Card Holders (Government Incentive program). Remembering which clients hold the seniors card we have a sheet as there is no way of linking this to their card file. It is often forgotten and we have to go back after the client has reminded us.
By adding a column to the service invoice would alleviate the problem and able to link it with those clients.
Surely there are other businesses that have the same problem.
