For us to be able to assist you, please confirm the last four digits of the serial number of the file you're having issues with exporting. If AccountRight, kindly check the company file ID by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight.

Thank you for confirming your serial number.
We were able to execute the fix on your company file. Kindly log out and then log back in to test. Please let us know if you can now export data without any issues.
