Sales Invoices display

why is it now when you click on invoices and change the status to open it shows all invoices instead of the invoices that are outstanding. 

 

i used to be able to click on open status and only show me the open invoices but now its showing all invoices even closed ones. 

 

also what happened with the debtors being displayed on the dashboard its been removed now and to view debtors and monies outstanding you have click on sales then invoices. would be nice to see this back on the dashboard again.

      they had such a good system before the upgrade now its worse, if they dont fix there system im moving everyone to xero.

        I changed to Xero in March because i hated the upgrade it was such a backward upgrade that caused me more issues than not. Was a big move and big change but Xero is different but so easy and offers more. Best decision i made was to leave MYOB behind and move to Xero

    also having the same issue very frustrating when you can sort through them. Its just one issue after another

    its suprising that no myob specialist has commented to resolve this issue on any of the posts.

      I'm also having the same issue

       

      Very annoying

       

      Hopefully someone will fix this soon

        I think mine is now fixed, open invoices show open only. Yay.

      Upon checking Sales Invoices are displaying and opening perfectly fine now. If you still having the same issue until now, we recommend clearing the cache and cookies of your browser or trying to use different browser as well. This will help you show those Sales Invoices on your MYOB Account.

        And now a new status of "overdue" has been added (instead of the old "red" open).  BUT these now don't show when you choose to look at "open" invoices, NOR is there the ability to choose an "overdue" status.  What was fixed last week, is now stuffed again!  The overdue invoices need to show with the "open" ones as that is WHAT THEY ARE!

        (this status did not exist yesterday)
