2FA not working

Hi There,

I have recently installed Google Authenticator. It was working fine till Yesterday. When I put in my  Authenticator varification code generated into myob, it comes with error message 'the code has expired or used before". Please help on this.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


Once a two-factor authenticator code is generated you do have a brief period of time while that code is active to enter that into the system. So I would recommend entering the code generated by the authenticator as soon as possible and that it is the same code that is generated by the authenticator.

 

If you are still encountering the error, I would be making sure that your time settings on your device is set to automatically pick up the time from your location. This is opposed to you manually setting the time and using that for the time on the device.
