Bank Feeds no reply

Hello, I emailed a bank feed application months ago, and I have heard nothing back. Ive emailed 2 different bank feed email addresses and resent my application form also, and still no reply. I have checked my junk mail and nothing there either! I need my account linked asap for payroll and BAS, how can I make this happen?

Sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to successfully complete the bank feeds application. So that I can follow this up with our bank feeds team are you able to respond to the private message that I have sent you just confirming a few details?
