Hey, what's with the bank feeds (from the Commonwealth Bank)? It's nearly 11am and there was not update. In fact, there was no update on Saturday either, so that it only shows the bank account balance as of 15 April and it's the 18th! What's the holdup?

I've just spoken with the bank feeds team in regards to your bank feeds.
They have indicated that the last transaction that we received was dated 16/04/2016 (Saturday) which should be pushed through to you company file today. There was no data from Sunday, if there was it generally can be sent through on Monday or Tuesday depending on the type of account and feed type.
If you do have transactions for Sunday that are not appearing by tomorrow, do let us know and we would be happy to arrange for the Bank Feeds team to investigate further on your behalf.
