Bank Feeds

HI

I have set up Bank Feeds for 2 accounts plus 2 Credit Cards

I am waithing on the credit cards but the Cheque Acc and The Savings account are both active and linked to a MYOB account.

They have both been ready for over 7 days but nothing has come through. When should I start seeing updated transactions? What else do I have to do?

Marcus

Re: Bank Feeds

@MarcusG

Hi Marcus,

Although the bank feeds are now active for your credit cards, have there been any transactions on these accounts since the date that the feeds became active?

Once the feed is active, it will only feed entries from that date forward so if there have not been any transactions since that date, there will be nothing to feed.

Regards,

Alan

Re: Bank Feeds

Thanks for getting back to me Allan,

I may not have been clear in my question. The credit cards are not active yet, no problem. But the cheque and saving accounts are active, and have been for about 7 days. I have made numourus transactions but nothing is coming up in MYOB.

So I am not sure how to see the cheque and saving account transactions.

Thanks

Marcus

Re: Bank Feeds

Hi Marcus,

When you go to Banking » Bank Transactions, just check that your options across the top of the window as set to Show 'All Transactions'  in 'All bank accounts' and that the from and to dates are dates that you are expecting transactions within.

Yeah, I know, it's like saying have you turned the power on?

But some of my clients have been could out at first with this.

Hope it's that simple.

Regards,

Alan
