Bank feeds update - CBA and personal credit cards

Hi all

Commonwealth Bank Australia (CBA) have advised us that they will no longer process bank feed applications for personal credit cards from Tuesday 20 September 2016.

This is a change of policy by CBA specifically related to their personal credit cards. It will not impact the provision of bank feeds for their other products or those of other financial institutions.

I use CBA, what does this mean for me?

If you have submitted a bank feed application for a personal credit card, if it hasn’t been processed by CBA by that date, then it will not be processed. Any bank feeds that have been processed and approved before September 20 will continue to be supported by CBA

I was going to apply for a CBA credit card bank feed, do I need to do anything?

As this policy change only affects personal credit cards, if you have a business credit card then you are still able to apply for bank feeds on that business credit card.

If you have any further questions about the changes to CBA’s policy and how it affects you, then please contact CBA directly

Regards
Neil
