I have been getting frustrated with MYOB been off line most mornings between 5 and 7 am in NSW Ausustralia . This is my time to catch up on paperwork and its killing me. arrrrrrrr
I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to access your MYOB Essentials.
We haven't had an wide spread reports of clients not able to access MYOB Essentials during today*, especially during a particular period. As such we would love to know what is occurring during that period when you try to use MYOB Essentials i.e. do you get an error message? If so, what is the exact message and when do you receive it?
If this has happened previously I would also recommend trying on a different computer and possibly a different connection. An update or backup or something that could be running on the computer during that time, especially since it is early morning which could be impacting on MYOB Essentials.
