Cancelling subscription from overseas

I wish to cancel my subscription but I'm travelling overseas and would like to do this by email as I can no longer waste time on international calls on hold.  Also I have been overcharge by $10 for both June and July.  And I have already been charged twice in July.  Are you able to provide me with a reliable contact manage this via email please.

Generally speaking, all cancellation requests do need to be handled by out cancellations team, who can be reached via 1300 555 151. 

As you are overseas we can arrange for this to occur via the Forum. If you would like to send me through the serial number of your MYOB product (Setup>>Company information) via Forum private message we would be able to assist with that process for you.
