I cannot access to my MYOB Company File on Network Libraries.
The list of company file shows up corretly, but we cannot access to it and this message like this photo I attached below shows up.
This msg said the reason is network problem, but there is no problem with my internet network.
I already tried to many things like checked up the IP address of server, restart the server and so on.
I couldn't work yesterday and I still cannot do anything.Please advise me how to solve this problem.
