Hi, I have changed my email address in MYOB Essentials. I can log in using the new email address but my invoices are still going to my old email address (which is now owned by another business and they don't send them on to me). I am worried other information/confirmations etc may also be going to the old address. Could anyone tell me how to change this. Thank you!

If you would like to send a private message to myself on the MYOB Community Forum with the email address that you would like those invoices sent through to I would be happy to assist. Do include your serial number as well.
In future, if you do need to change an email address this can done via your my.MYOB account and selecting My Account>>My Details then selecting the Click here to change your email address. This will go through and update your email address along with transfer across the setup across to the new email address without intervention from us.
