I had an myob essentials subscription and then moved accross to accountright live.
I am not able to use my primary email address in accountright as i still have the myob essentials account linked to the email address even though i no longer have a subscription.
How do i go about closong or deleting my myob essentials account so the email address is no longer tied up. i have no requirement for the data in that account

I can see that your Essentials account had expired mid of 2015. That said, your Essentials company file would have long been closed by now as we only keep record of your data for up to 60 days from date of expiry. I understand that you are wanting to add and use your primary email address in your AccountRight Live. I can facilitate this change over for you.
