My client has requested several times for bank feeds from CBA, it now has the two accounts showing but is showing an error message saying "Signature is not matching at Bank" what does this mean?, and whats the next step to link these CBA Bank accounts

That particular message means that when the bank has received your application they have decided that the signature on the application form doesn’t match the signature of the registered bank account owner.
The next step would be to ensure that the bank authorises the application. This may involve speaking with the bank to ensure that the specimen signature that they have on file is correct and up to date. Once you have checked this you will need to reapply for the bank feed.
