Employee multiple weekly time sheets need for each employee using yourpay

Hi just interested in two things, can you delete notes put through on employee time sheets. Each week our team puts time sheets through. They bill undependently as home based childcare providers each family. So they must put through up to 4 childrens hours in my pay for each day. As you can only put through 1 set of hours each day using the essentials mypay timesheet they then add the other three childrens hours independently in the notes. We have not been able to delete these notes for pasts weeks and after a month or more the notes sections are getting harder to read. Of course it would be ideal for each homebased educator to be able to send in 4 timesheets, but since this is not possible is there away to delete the notes from the timesheets??.

If not is there another app that works for mobiles that may work better for our needs that is compatable with MYOB.

Re: Employee multiple weekly time sheets need for each employee using yourpay

Hi @fizgig

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

YourPay is designed to be entering the hours worked for an employee for payroll processing. This does mean that it will allow the user to enter the hours on a per day basis for that particular week. For example an employee would enter their shift that they worked along with any breaks that they did take. If it is a split shift they can select the Add Shift option - please note that the shifts can't overlap.

In terms of the deletion of notes in the field, you can make changes to the notes field for that weekly timesheet at any stage until you those timesheets have been paid. Once paid those timesheet entries including the notes section is locked and therefore changes can't be made. Please note that notes with YourPay are independent between weeks, so you can have one week's notes be "Abc" and the next week you can have the notes of "cbA" for example.
