I am currently overseas and wish to cancel my MYOB Essentials subscription. Can you inform me how best to go about this?

Generally MYOB Essentials cancellations do need to be done through the required phone based team who can be contacted on 1300 555 151.
However as you are overseas I have sent you a private message on the MYOB Community Forum to better assist with your request.
I have been trying to cancel my MYOB account for the last month. I am travelling on cruise ships overseas (no phone access) and when I am home (like today - Saturday) the MYOB phone line is not open and live chat is unavailable.
My account has tried calling MYOB to close it for me, but they wont.
I'bve already paid one month for nothing - On May 2 I get billed again for a service I no longer want but can't seem to get rid of.
Help me please

I've arranged for that invoice to be returned to yourself, it will be placed back against the Credit Card that made the payment (a MasterCard in the name of Shiyu Hao). Do note that due to internal processes, it can take a few days while it is processed by our team but I have started that returned policy for you. Do let us know if you are unable to see those returned funds by next week and we can follow up with the team.
I've also ensured that the subscription is cancelled so that no future charges do get incurred.
