Could you please explain why I am unable to send email Invoices. It shows as being 'Sent' but there is no email shown in the activity for the invoice.
The email addresses ARE all correct (they are existing clients). I have also set up a dummy email (to myself) to test this.
At this stage Invoices are not being sent to ANY email addresses at all.
How can I rectify this?
This sounds highly unusual as the email system is built in with Essentials.
Have you tried changing the browser to Chrome or Mozilla Firefox? Sometimes these kind of bugs are browser related.
I am also having issues sending emails.. the MYOB software has been fine for years!

It sounds like you're using AccountRight, not MYOB Essentials.
The error message you've encountered can typically be resolved by changing the properties of your AccountRight icon.
