Is there a way to send Statements to another email?
We need to send invoices to one email address and statements to another.
I have tried to put a second email address under Customer Contacts and it says it will CC it in, but it doesn't seem to do this...
Can this be done?
Currently, statements sent from MYOB Essentials will be sent directly to the Primary Contact Email (to) address set on the Contact record.
If that email does need to be sent to a different email address you would need to change the email address prior to sending that statement. Alternatively, you could select to print that statement for the customer, save it as a PDF and then manually attach that to an email to the required address.
