I have a medical practice that rents out rooms and they charge a different hourly amount depending on the specialist that is using the room. Does anyone know of any software that can be used to automate the hourly rate x the number of hours room is rented and then uploaded into myob essentials so an invoice can be raised?
I'd have thought that your requirement was well within the scope of Essentials. You can set up a list of items which are hourly rate A, B etc, description could be Room Hire level A, B etc. Unit cost will be as determined (ex GST). When you do the invoice selecting the Item will fill out the description and the Unit price, Unit will be hours which will then multiply the these two figures to give you an Amount.
