RESOLVED: MYOB Essentials - Trouble accessing the login screen - 11/08/2017

Hi all,

 

We are currently investigating reports of some clients having trouble accessing the login screen for MYOB Essentials. We're also looking into performance issues reported by some clients.

 

We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the issue. Our team is working on resolving this as quickly as possible.

I'm glad to let you know that this issue has been resolved, the performance of Essentials Accounting is back to normal. We will continue to monitor it closely over the next few hours.
