RESOLVED: MYOB Essentials page cannot be displayed message

Hi All,


CURRENT STATUS - 06/03/2017 1:45 PM AEST: RESOLVED

We are aware that some of our clients are finding that MYOB Essentials Accounting is generating a 'page cannot be displayed' error.

Our team is currently investigating the cause of the issue and hope to get this back to normal as soon as possible.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

Hi Everyone

Thank you for your patience


Clients affected by the "Page cannot be displayed" message should now be able to login into MYOB Essentials sucessfully. 

We are still looking into performance to ensure that MYOB Essentials is performing at intended performance levels.

This particular issues has been resolved and clients should now be able to login and experience normal performance with MYOB Essentials.
