We're aware that there is currently an issue in MYOB Essentials where attempting to send customer statements results in an error along the lines of 'Sorry, the dots don't join up right now'.
Our team are currently investigating the cause of the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.
