Trial balance error in MYOB Essentials

How do you resolve an error "... the dots just dont join up right now" - when trying to run a Trial balance or General ledger report in MYOB Essentials after being invited as an "Advisor" level..

 

I have had this issue with files a couple of times and they dont seem to resolve themselves.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @JulieH_MSIT,

Are you using the web browser called Chrome?

If not may I recommend trying it out to see if it is a specific browser related issue.

 

Also try clearing your current web browsers cache.

Thank you.. I was using Internet Explorer.. I cleared the Cache which didnt help the problem.

 

Using Chrome did resolve the issue.. Our network is setup to default to Internet Explorer, so its a shame that IE has the issue.
