Unable to Login to MYOB Essentials

Hi,

Have been trying to login to MYOB Essentials for the last 8 hours to no avail. First few times login was slow and ended up freezing. Then attemps after the login screen wont even load. Cleared cache, data, websites, etc, and have tried logging in from anoth computer/phone, all without success.

We need this fixed so that we can invoice or clients.

Hi Jared,

 

I was able to get in and then at about 7:00pm Sydney time,I was booted out and couldn't get back in.

 

It was rather embarrasing as I was with a new client who is not yet convinced about Essentials and I was desparately trying to assure him that this was unusual.

 

I am able to get in now but it is a bit too late though.

 

Hopefully all is fixed now.
