subscription details

Hi,

I am wanting to change the account my subscriptions come out of but it will only let me use a credit card and i dont have one linked to account i want to use.

How can i do this.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


A payment profile (i.e the payment method for your MYOB subscription) can be changed/updated via your my.MYOB account. To do this log into your my.MYOB account and select My Account>>Payment Profile before selecting the Change payment profile option.

Hi thanks for your help but I dont seem to have option my account or payment profile

The My Account >>Payment Profile option will be located at the top of your my.MYOB account after selecting to login. For example:
