I am adding myself as employee in MYOB essentials but the drop down tab doesnt list my super company and wont let me manually add it?

MYOB Essentials uses a Standard (APRA- Regulated) list or a Self-managed super fund for an employee's superannuation fund. Ideally you would select the fund from the list of funds. In your case you fund is not listed, this may mean that it is known under a different fund name.
So we can investigate further can you provide the SPIN/USI number for that superannuation fund?
The fund you need to select for those details is the "LGS ACCUMULATION SCHEME"
