trial and active accounts

hi there. so my trial version of MYOB Essentials expires on the 13/09/2017 which is like now. so i subscribed to the to the full version of $40 per month.

it has now created another account. 

could you please fix this up for me.

i would like to delete the new business that is now active and instead make my trial one active.

i really dont want to have to start from scratch again.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


In the 'trial' MYOB Essentials - i.e. the one with the data you will need to go to your Business Name (top right) select Subscription details and then setup a subscription for that MYOB Essentials. 


Once that subscription has been set up we can arrange for the duplicate MYOB Essentials to be cancelled. In order to do this we would need to grab the Business ID of that incorrectly set up one. The Business ID can be found in the URL/Address bar at the top of the Internet browser window when you have that Business open. For example, my MYOB Essentials Business ID is 159561
