'Account List' Report in MYOB Essentials

I would like to be able to select specific accounts when creating an Account List report as at a specific date. Currently the only options available on this particuar report are ALL accounts or show inactive or show $0 balance. Also the option to select which fields you want displayed.

To obtain the balance on x date for a particular or series of accounts on a set date, you would be looking at running the Reports>>General ledger detail report for that particular date and for the chosen accounts. This report will show you the Balance of that account on that date.
