Setup: Recurring transactions in MYOB Essentials

Could you kindly advise if the following items are possible in LiveAccounts - or can be added to the development list?

- Can we have recurring transactions for sales, bills, spend money & receive money

You comments have been passed on to our developer team for consideration. We'll keep you posted on progress. Looking forward to the recurring invoice feature.  It means I will bring all the enitites I manage as a book keeper to this product.  Invoicing is the most important feature for me as it helps ease the process of generating cash flow.

I agree. Recurring transactions are not only a must but imperative.

For clients who like to enter data but are not bookkeepers it takes out human error and misallocation.

Xero can do recurring invoices which will save me about 80 hours a year at least

I run a Music School with 100 loyal clients who need to be invoiced for the same amount and same item (1 school term's tuition)  each quarter.

Really need MYOB essentials to have a recurring invoicing option where these invoices are automatically reproduced

Other users have also requested recurrent invoices or transactions in Essentials and this ha been passed-on to the product development team.

This is quite important function, have used Quicken and SAP and all of them has this function.  This is a very useful function.  This could help people save time and reduce human error incurred.

Still over 18months old and this hasnt been resolved.

Is there any update on when this will be functioning?

As others have posted, this was a staple in the desktop version and Live is supposed to be the same as the desktop version.

A moderator stated they need to find out how it will work....well you need to look at your desktop version and find out or hire some bookkeepers/accountants in your development team who can show you.
