If a customer rings through to the office to pay direct their invoice, how can we pay from our end. I have emailed the relevent invoice to myself but when I enter the customer details it wants security codes that would be sent to the customers ph and security questions answered.
I don't particually like telling customers that we can't take their payments????

PayDirect Online/Mobile is designed for the customer to make payment on the invoice at their end and not provide their credit card information through other means or getting allowing another party (such as the supplier) to enter that information on their behalf.
