Cannot change Payment Profile

Dear MYOB staffs,

 

We are recently change our bank card. Thus, we want to update the payment profile.

 

Please kindly helo as we don't want to charge any unnecessary fees due to failing to pay.

If you are the primary contact person of the account, you can log in to my.MYOB > My Account to update the payment profile there. 

 

I can see that you have gotten in touch with our customer service team, who assisted you with updating the billing details. I trust this matter is now resolved, if you have more questions, please feel free to post again at any time.
