I have signed up for PayDirect and verified my account, I have been notified of client payments, but have not received any of the payments to my bank account (after 7 days). I can find no way of viewing the current status of payments online - why not and where is my money?

I’ve checked with our PayDirect team who have advised me that there was some additional information they requested from you to be able to complete the application. This was originally requested by email at the time of the application and I have asked them to resend that email so that you are able to reply to it and provide the additional information.
Once this additional information has been received by the team, they will finish the application. You will then receive an email advising you that the application has been completed. Once this email has been sent then generally the payments are received in 3-5 business days.
