I'm sorry to see that no-one has gotten back to you in regards to your enquiry.


If you do still require further assistance with your "app not running" can you provide additional information into what is occurring - for example:

  • What app are you referring to? i.e. AccountRight, MYOB Invoices/OnTheGo, AccountEdge...
  • What is occurring when you select the app?
  • Do you get an error message? If so, what is the exact wording of that message? When do you get the message?
  • What operating system are you using?

With this information, I'm sure members of the MYOB Community would be happy to aid investigating further.
