Connection issue

We are unable to connect to MYOB - is it just us?

We are unable to connect.  Out of the 3 possible causes 2 are ruled being:

 Our internet is working

 We are not restoring or upgrading our file.

 

When will the problem be fixed?

Hi @BTE

 

It's not just you, don't worry!

 

It looks like the Authentication Services for the portal have stepped out for a cup of coffee, so our Operations team are madly ushering them back into the building!

 

shouldn't be too long.

Hi @BTE

 

As soon as the our Tech folks get the software that is processing the authentication back up and running, we'll let you know.

 

It looks like access to AccountRight Live files (which also had a lie down) is back up - so fingers crossed the portal wont be far behind!
